Community Midwifery is committed to birth your way. Because I believe each woman and her family are unique, the birth setting must be matched to her unique needs. That is why I have three options for birth settings: Home, birth center and hospital.
My practice includes health care for young teenage women and continues through the lifespan to include post menopausal exams. While pregnancy and birth are the heart of my work, the in between times in a woman’s life are just as important and rewarding to be there for. Therefore, regular gyn exams, breast exams, primary care screening, preconception counseling, STD screening and prevention, family planning are just a few of the services I provide.
I am a CNM, and having lived in Brooklyn for 20 years, my Midwifery career has always been in the NYC area. I see clients in all 5 boros and will travel farther if I can work out all the details.
